For Affiliates

When do I get paid?

Payouts happen on the 15th of every month unless it’s a holiday or weekend. If the 15th falls on a holiday or weekend, payouts would be made early the following week. A payout on June 15th would include all commissions from May 1st – May 31st.

Can I receive earnings from items I purchase through my own affiliate link?
You cannot receive earnings from items you purchase through your affiliate link. Violating this rule with get you removed from our affiliate program.
How much do affiliates get paid?
Affiliates on imw3 can earn a generous 20% commission for each sale referred.

For Buyers

What is your refund policy?
After you’ve made a purchase, you have 24 hours to request a refund after placing an order if the product is faulty or not as described. Due to the nature of digital goods, refunds cannot be processed until it has been determined that the product is faulty or not as described. If imw3 does issue a refund, we will attempt to get in touch with you regarding the reason of your refund.

If a product you purchase is determined to be faulty or not as described, simply contact us within 24 hours for a full refund.

Product license information
A license grants you the non-transferable right to use and incorporate the item you purchased in a personal or commercial project.

By default all products sold on imw3 are covered under the Single Use License Terms (below), however the Author reserves the right to specify any license terms they wish. In that case the product will be governed by their license terms.

 

Single Site License Terms
  • Your use of the purchased item is limited to use on one live website and one for development.
  • You may use the purchased item on a personal or commercial project.
  • The purchased items must not be resold or redistributed. They must also not be incorporated into a piece of work that is intended to be resold or redistributed.
  • Many times, themes or plugins contain licensed components. Those components must only be used within the purchased item. Please also refer to the specific components usage terms and guidelines.

Unlimited Sites License Terms
  • You may use the purchased item on multiple installations.
  • You may use the purchased item on personal or commercial projects.

  • Many times, themes or plugins contain licensed components. Those components must only be used within the purchased item. Please also refer to the specific components usage terms and guidelines.

The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet

A common issue that can occur when installing a new WordPress theme is a “Broken theme and/or stylesheets missing” or “The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet” error message being displayed when trying to upload or activate the theme.

Thankfully, this error message does not mean that the theme you have purchased is broken! It simply means it hasn’t been uploaded correctly.

Some purchases include a ZIP folder within a ZIP file. What you want to do is upload the inner (installable) ZIP file. You can verify the installable ZIP file because it will have a file inside named style.css.

How to Upload the Installable WordPress Theme ZIP File
  1. Log in to your WordPress admin area.
  2. Browse to Appearance > Themes.
  3. Click on ‘Add New’.
  4. Click ‘Upload’.
  5. Browse and select the theme ZIP file to ‘Upload’.

How do I contact the seller?

Have any questions or need product support? We now offer the ability to send messages to the author.

To send a message follow these instructions:

  • Login in to your account.
  • If you need support related to the order then click Order –> get help. or if support not related to the order then click on Support navigation.
  • Fill out the form with your subject and your message.
  • Your message will be sent to the author. Expect an email back from them as soon as they can respond.

Please be polite and professional. Spam will not be tolerated.

What do I do if I have questions about an item I recently purchased?
Since we just facilitate the buying and selling process, any questions about any items purchased should be directed to the item’s author. If your question is not about the item specifically and involves imw3, please use our contact page.
I’ve made my purchase and PayPal has given me a payment receipt, where is my download?

Most purchases are processed by PayPal immediately. In some rare cases, PayPal must run additional checks to approve the transaction. Please allow up to four hours for the transaction to be approved by PayPal. If your purchase is still not available, contact us and we will be happy to help.

After your payment has been verified by PayPal, your purchases are available at any time by logging in to your account here: https://imw3.com/member-login/

Are the items you sell reviewed for quality?
Yes. All of the items on imw3 have to pass our submission guidelines and manual inspection. Our goal is to provide you with the highest quality WordPress themes, layouts, plugins, and codes.

How much can I earn?

You will earn 70% of each sale you make on imw3. You can earn even more if you Become an imw3 Affiliate.

How do I get paid?
Payments are processed monthly via the PayPal email address listed in your account settings. You must be able to receive money on PayPal.
Do I have to offer support for the items I sell?
You are not required to offer support for your items(unless it is broken), but it is encouraged. Offering support is a great way to build relationships with your customers and ensure repeat business. You are however required to have a contact form somewhere in case issues arise.
